{zipper-lipped -- a good thing at times, but leadership sometimes needs the public informed and supportive.
But those days of (relative) military openness are becoming memories.
If so, too bad, because it's our military's effectiveness in Afghanistan that has given Canada increased credibility on the world stage. }
